Kashmira Shah is angry at the inclusion of her topless scene in the promos of her forthcoming film Revati.

Kashmira, who had lately been shooting for a film titled ‘Bollywood Bride’ (co-produced by her American husband Brad Listermann), has returned to Mumbai to find out that the makers of the movie Revati have used certain ‘explicit’ scenes, featuring her, to promote the film.



In Revati Kashmira plays a ragpicker. There is a song in the film that shows her taking a shower. Kashmira says she had consented to doing that scene because she believed that it would only show her bare back.

But now she is shocked to find that the camera was rather placed at a different angle and the scene shows the side of her bare breast.

Kashmira has already asked the film’s director Farogh Sidiqui and producer Vikas Kaate to let her see the complete movie before it hits the theatres on May 27.

However, the makers of the film have refused to show the film to her. In response, Kashmira is planning to get a stay order against the release of the film.

The makers of the film say that there is nothing in the movie that was shot without Kashmira’s consent. They also allege that ‘Revati’ is not a skin flick but a movie on a social issue.
